We are committed to manufacturing stainless steel vacuum-insulated drinkware in a responsible, safe and transparent manner. Our operations are guided by applicable laws, customer requirements, and the principles of Amfori BSCI and Sedex SMETA 2P/4P. Where national law, industry standards, customer requirements and this statement differ, we follow the stricter requirement.

Zero-tolerance red lines

We maintain zero tolerance for child labor, forced labor, abuse, discrimination, life-threatening safety risks, bribery and falsified records. No department or manager may ask employees to cross these lines for orders, cost or delivery pressure. Attendance, payroll, training, inspection, environmental, safety and hazardous-waste records must remain true, complete and traceable.

Human rights and labor standards

We respect employees’ rights to fair wages at or above legal minimums, reasonable working hours, rest days, safe working conditions and open communication. Under normal conditions total weekly working time does not exceed 60 hours unless a stricter local law or customer standard applies. Employees receive at least one rest day in every seven days. Overtime is legal and voluntary with lawful overtime pay. Confidential grievance channels exist; retaliation against good-faith reporters is prohibited.

Occupational health and safety

We manage occupational health and safety risks across stamping, polishing, chemical processing, coating, vacuum production and other key drinkware operations using engineering controls, administrative controls and personal protective equipment. Fire exits and emergency equipment must remain effective. Employees are never required to continue work when equipment is unsafe or protection is missing.

Environment and hazardous waste

We maintain applicable environmental permits and controls for wastewater, waste gas, chemicals and hazardous waste. Environmental facilities run with production. Hazardous waste is transferred only by licensed operators with retained transfer records.

Quality and food-contact safety

Our quality loop covers supplier assessment, incoming inspection, in-process inspection, finished-goods inspection, shipment traceability and corrective action. For food-contact products we can support customers with material declarations, third-party test reports and traceability records aligned to destination markets such as FDA, EU 1935/2004, LFGB, REACH/RoHS and customer-specified restricted substances — confirmed per project.

Business ethics, IP and audits

We protect customer trademarks, drawings, designs, molds and confidential information. We welcome transparent customer and third-party audits with truthful information and without staged nonconformity hiding. Compliance is a continuous management system, not a one-time audit result.
