Forming, welding, vacuum insulation, polishing, coating, decoration, assembly and export packing happen under one 12,000 m² roof — not staged for audit day. Production process overview

General process stages: raw material handling with spectrometric steel verification; forming and deep drawing; welding and assembly; double-wall vacuum insulation; polishing; coating (powder coat, soft-touch or special-effect); printing and decoration (laser, silk screen, UV print, heat transfer); assembly and in-line QC; packing and export. We welcome qualified buyers to visit the facility and walk the production lines, QC stations and warehouse, and we share factory photos, capacity data and audit evidence with verified buyers under NDA where appropriate.
