Quality Control Throughout Production

Quality checks run across the whole production process — from the steel that arrives at our dock to the cartons that leave it. These are the inspection stages we perform on the floor, not a generic checklist. Inspection methods and acceptance criteria are confirmed per order and product.

Six inspection stages

Incoming material inspection: spectrometric verification of stainless steel batches and checks on silicone, lids and packaging. In-process production inspection: dimensional and assembly checks during stretching, welding and vacuum sealing. Leak and vacuum testing: vacuum-integrity and leak checks on sealed vessels. Surface and finish inspection: coating adhesion, color match and finish durability. Assembly and function inspection: lid function, straw fit, flip and slide mechanisms and hardware assembly. Final pre-shipment inspection: quantity, labeling, packaging and a final visual check before export packing and container loading.

Quality thresholds and materials

100% pre-shipment inspection; finished-goods defect rate ≤ 0.5%; heat retention 6h ≥ 60°C and 12h ≥ 50°C. Inner tanks in 304 / 201 food-grade stainless steel; BPA-free food-grade silicone sealing components; manufactured to meet FDA / LFGB / REACH frameworks. MOQ 1,000 pcs; 7-day sampling; 25–35 day bulk lead time; OEM/ODM supported. Figures from Fladeo production records as of January 2026, confirmed per order on the formal quote.

Factory audit and compliance frameworks

We can support documentation for BSCI, Sedex SMETA, ISO 9001, C-TPAT, Factory Quality Audit and GRS where applicable to your order. Reports are provided for buyer verification — confirm the specific audit your retailer requires.

Product and material frameworks

Products are manufactured to meet FDA Title 21 CFR, California Proposition 65, EU Regulation (EC) 1935/2004, LFGB, REACH/RoHS and FSC (for bamboo/wood components where specified). Test reports and substance declarations are available on request for buyer verification.

Requesting documentation

List the frameworks your retailer or market requires and note the product model(s) and material specification in your RFQ.
